During this time, Rajesh Kumar supported the business from the backend while working in senior roles at LG Life Sciences. He helped shape the vision and provided strategic direction in client handling and planning.
Rajesh Kumar left his corporate job to join the business full-time. With his rich experience in sales and insurance strategy, JSR expanded into Business Insurance and Corporate Protection Planning — especially for MSMEs, exporters, startup founders, and established business owners.
